These short hinges are used for the windows which open horizontally, of which HMS Victory has 2 on each side. One close to the bow on the middle gundeck and one quarter deck above he mizzen channel.
The set consists on 6 pairs to have some spare parts. The hinges are enclosed in a solid sprue on two layers.
