Product Description
Lehigh Valley cabooses had a unique 3-step stirrup, vs. the 2-step version found on other Northeastern-style cabooses. This kit contains enough for one caboose. Please note that the top plates are mirror images of each other - the step should be oriented with the longer end of the top plate toward the carbody. Special thanks to Tom Biery for the original in-service photos from his book Alco's to Allentown, and to Michael J. Boyle for the project suggestion and the detailed prototype photos. As with all my projects, part of the proceeds benefit the ARHS.
