This was designed for the 2012/2013 Hooligan to replace the bolt on headbadge. It is cosmetic only and not designed to support any load.
I can customize with your name and serial number for a $50 prepaid Paypal fee. The prices listed are the Shapeways material costs; your cost may vary a few cents depending on the number of letters and numbers. After the Paypal design fee is sent I will upload your badge here and you can order it from Shapeways directly. You still have to paint it yourself; Shapeways only prints stuff.
You need to seal the versatile plastic with several coats of spray paint or any glue/tape won't stick to it.
