Product Description
HO scale cab kit for General Electric Universal Series and Dash 7 series diesel locomotives. Use the following legend to determine the variation modeled:
HH = High short Hood (no headlight)
RH = Rounded Headlight housing (1973+)
SH = Square Headlight housing (up to 1972)
LW = "L" shaped engineer's side front window
XLW = "used to be" L window (SP converted many "L" windows to two panes in the 80s)
AC = Air Conditioner base and antenna ground plane
GP = antenna Ground Plane
BSW = Blanks inserted in Side auxiliary Windows (in place of glazing)
NSW = No Side auxiliary Windows
OSW = Open Side auxiliary Windows
PSW = steel Plates welded over Side auxiliary Windows
RD = Reinforced Door applied beginning in 1974
As always, parts could be swapped on locomotives, so check prototype photos to determine which variation you need.
