Product Description
GCR/M&SLR Directors' Saloon, No 1033,
built 1890 at Gorton.
In its later years the saloon ended up as the District Engineer, Edinburgh Inspection Carriage No. SC 970113E. Following accident damage in 1968, it was severe enough to result in its withdrawal. It had previously been hoped to save it for preservation, but the coach was scrapped.
Requires chassis and finishing
