Tools are a class of products made to help you develop 3D prints with complex interlocking parts. They are intended to be testbeds to give you a better idea about a given printing processes abilities.

Hinge Testing Tool - 4mm pin diameter with .05mm, .10mm, .15mm, .20mm, .25mm, .30mm and .35mm clearances. This is a printable tool for testing minimum printable clearances around a hinge for a given material/finish.

I disabled printing in processes that can not do interlocking parts (ceramics, metals, etc) and have received successful prints in "Strong & Flexible" (SLS Nylon) however this is board is intended to test tolerances to the "bricking point" so the first few arms (usually .05mm, .10mm, .15mm) will be fused and not working. :
