DRAW object - terraced dome hollow

A solid paperweight with shallow pedestal feet that looks like a ziggurat or terraced dome. Intended for production in plastic material options but this requires filling with a material that you supply to add the weight if you want to use it as a paperweight.  A wide variety of fillers can be used such as clay, plaster or concrete, resins, or sand mixed with glue.  Perhaps there are also uses other than paperweights.  Figuring those out are up to you!
