3125 Scale North Polar Star Strike Cruiser SRZ

An independent entity inside the Federation, the North Polar Republic is centered on the planet Arcticalia which orbits the star Polaris. The diminutive but industrious people who live there are genetically related the Vulcans, but have average humanoid intelligence and a sparkling sense of humor. Their republic is a rich one, generating far more resources than they could ever need, but rather than trading with Federation planets they give away their wealth to planets undergoing some crisis or disaster, or to planets which appear (to the government of the Elvenolore folk) to need a boost to their spirits in order to reach higher orders of cultural development. The galaxy is a dangerous place, however, and the North Polar Republic maintains a serious fleet of warships intended to not only defend their republic but to protect their ships that deliver relief and cultural supplies to other worlds.

While most empires are satisfied to create a single class of heavy cruiser, the North Polar Republic has created several, giving them distinctive type names (heavy, strike, command, attack). The multiple designs, each equal to any Federation or Klingon heavy cruiser, reflect the creativity of the industrious and good-humored Elvenolore folk. This ship has four photon torpedoes, ten phasers in banks designed for all around fire, and a missile rack. The all-around protection of this ship makes it a good choice to defend a planet which needs the delivery of supplies by the North Polar Fleet. Known names include: Guiding Star, Twinkle Star, Neutron Star, Red Dwarf Star, Blue Giant Star, and Yellow Star.

This ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
