Product Description
Built this one starting with a 5 sided polygon, let the angles themselves drive the digital origami by 'hand'. Once I had all the faces I inset them extruded those inwards, etc.. Of course there is a primitive I could have used, but I wanted to understand the angles/math. This is my 'Sample' material object (enabled all valid materials). I'll post more pics (up now) when the parts (stainless steel, elasto plastic & flexy purple) arrive in a few weeks. Estimated .42 Troy Oz in silver. -S
