YOU CAN'T ALWAYS WIN. HOW TO DEAL WITH IT
A thought experiment to understand it and a figurine to remember.
THE THOUGHT EXPERIMENT
Imagine it’s the year 2053.
You are an adorable old man/woman who spends his/her retirement in a neat cottage at the Moon.
You are placidly swaying in a rocking chair when your granddaughter comes to visit you.
She has a school assigment: To know how it was the work environment in the early 21st century.
Your inmediate answer is:
“It was like war”.
After a few moments of astonishment, she asks you again:
“So, did you win all the battles?"
Is it possible to win all the battles? No.
What would you say to yourself if you could go back in time?
How would you roll with the punches, now that you know they are an unavoidable part of the game?
Take it easy.
