This part is the case bottom for the Nvidia Jetson nx Developer single board computer. The bottom has feet spaced at 75mm x 75mm with 4mm holes through them which allows possible mounting on the back of a smaller VESA monitor. In addition there are key-slot holes spaced at 75mm apart allowing the case to be mounted with the connector side up or down depending on the orientation of the bottom to the top when snapped together.
The bottom snap fits onto the case top using four upright tabs - just press the oriented parts together. To open the case, both tabs on either side are gently flexed outward using two fingernails pulling outward at the top of the tabs while the opposite hand lifts the case top upwards.
