Product Description
High Detailed 1/24 Scale Airfoil Wind Deflector Set as used on US Navy ELCO 80 PT Boats in World War Two.
This part was provided only on some PT Boats, and it's a rare part hard to find on real pics or scale models.
Anyway, this is located in front of Helm-Cockpit position, on the Charthouse roof.
It was designed after an old drawing found in forums, not from pics, and it have seven parts:
- Airfoil Deflector. It's hollow to save material and have a neccessary manufacturing square hole under it that have to be closed with plastic sheet.
-Starboard Arm (the bent one).
-Port Arm (the more straight one).
-Two Base Brackets (simetric).
-Starboard Stowage Chock (the smaller one).
-Port Stowage Chock (the bigger one).

Can be done in different scales. Ask me for your favorite scale!
After May-2017 repricing for Frosted Materials, these parts had to be sprued to reduce final price. This was done in thin material, easy to cut.
