Product Description
This wheel set is designed to give the Tamiya 1/10 Citroen 2cv (58655). It is narrower and looks more like the real 2cv' s wheel for a more scale appearance. Two hub caps are included. One will require cutting the shaft and using a low profile nut so everything fits underneath the hub cap. The other will allow using the stock nut and shaft with no mods but will not look as scale.
Note on tires: Shapeways does not have a flexible material that can be used to print out a tire. If you order this wheel set, I will send you the tire model (.OBJ or .STL) so you can print it yourself using an FDM printer using NinjaFlex (or equivalent flexible filament). I will send the settings in Simplify3d as well. You may also design a tire yourself.
