The Lidinoid is a triply periodic minimal surface.
I'm not so sure, however, if the formula I used (taken from wikipedia) maybe only approximates a minimal surface, seeing as the surface seems to have regions of positive Gauß curvature.
The irregular hole pattern has been calculated by simulating a Gray-Scott reaction diffusion process on the surface.
This version is colored so that you can better distinguish the two sides of the surface.
