1/200 Canadian Car & Foundry C-1 'Huard' (x2)

The Huard (Loon) has been one of the more successful products of Canadian Car & Foundry, it does nothing spectacularly well but continues to do what it can in all conditions. To use an anachronistic metaphor it is the 'AK47 of military float planes'. It was developed from the 'Mallard', a light and nimble civilian sea plane noted its ability to get its pilot home down safely regardless of the weather. The addition of armour and weapons has done nothing for the Huard's performance but it retains the Mallard's fly-anytime capability.

The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 4.5mm (.177") BB.
