NWR Flat bed car Model Series Era Full sides

This model is a HO/OO scale model of the NWR typical Flatbed car with side stakes.

 This car was normally seen being pulled by NWR #3 with log loads from the forest or other building materials all around the island.  It has able been used to carry many other loads including paint cans, pipes, other engines, etc. This is based off the pictures from the television series “Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends” and other similar models. They are designed to fit standard HO/OO scale wheels. The sockets for the axels can be turned and widened if the wheels are tight. They are designed to be fitted with Bachmann hook and loop couplers to work with Bachmann’s Thomas HO scale series. I This can also be simply modifiyed to match the Flat Car used in the eprisode "Thomas and the Special Letter"   by cutting the two middle side peirs. The model has been tested and will fit the Bachmann Toby and Percy to match their apperance in said episode.  Please feel free to ask me any questions about these models and I hope you enjoy!
