Product Description
Scammell introduced the Mechanical Horse in 1933. It was originaly very basic, with no side doors. Two versions were produced, a 3Ton and a 6 Ton.
Trailers to suit every sort of load were also produced, in 3 ton and 6 ton versions. Each could only be towed by its own type of tractor.
This is a 15ft by 7ft flat trailer for 3 tons.
Similar trailers were used for both Scammell and FAR tractors,
A jockey wheel and support is included, which should be detached, and fitted if trailer is intended to be standing separate from tractor.
