SX350 B Box Side Insert Dome tact Single Switch

This insert is designed to replace one wall on a Hammond 1590B box. It is designed to use a single switch, you need to use the gravity sensor built into the chip to up/down your wattage adjustments.

• Onboard USB charger for the 60W version, If using the 100W this is for updates only
• 2mm overhang to cover not so straight cuts. 

Parts Needed

• SX350 60W  or SX350 100W
• Spring loaded 510
• Dome Tact Switch
• Hammond 1590B Box
• Dual 18650 Sled or Dual 18650 Sled

Notes,

The length needed to cut is 91 x 23mm, you will need to file off the lip on the lid on the mounting side to get this to close proper. It has to be done this way as the chip is wide and you want an insert that wont fall apart on you.  

After building several SX350 mods the only thing I would say is missing are mounting holes. You will need to either epoxy or hot glue the chip and charger in.
