Designed from an original 1920's Hicks drawing, scaled to 20" dia. x 17" pitch (1:1), or 3.33" dia x 2.9" pitch as a 1:6 scale model.
Offered in "raw" brass and bronze (as-cast finish from investment casting process); or POLISHED from Shapeways.
I heartily recommend BRONZE- it is harder and stronger than brass, and has a more realistic color. But brass can sure take a shine.

Machining and balancing will be required.
Hub is extended aft for chucking in a lathe; hole is undersized as a pilot for 1/4"-20 tap drill. After tapping, mount the prop on a threaded arbor and machine off the excess hub length.
CONTACT ME before ordering if you are interested in having me machine a prop for you.
3D print lines will be visible in the "raw" casting; blade polishing and balancing is left to the buyer.
Photos show surface finish as-delivered from Shapeways.
