Product Description
The Sondorian Empire has so many rivers that they have dedicated river ships, such as this river cruiser, which is a modernised version of a casemate ironclad. This river cruiser, though built on the standard hull, is a much more modern design, dispensing with most of the casemate guns in favour of more big guns in turrets. The stern mantlet is in place on this model, and would be used to protect deck gunners, though this particular model lacks any upper deck guns. This ship is a bit heavier than other types built on the same hull, and so sits half a metre lower in the water. These ships, together with their smaller cousins, the river monitors, are to Sondor what tanks are to the rest of Rossbera.
