DeAgo star wars upgrade, this is my interpretation of what the Ion engine grille should look like. the fins are curved so when you look at it from the side, it looks slightly rounded and finished instead of just a flat panel.

Remember as long as your gentle with it, unbending it to fit in the track won't be a problem. I have made it too fit along with the defuser panel that came with your model. see-through engine grill panel with detailed cutouts for light to shine through.
