This a functional Asiatic archery thumb ring release. Intended for Chinese/Korean/Mongolian and mounted archery styles.
It's for thumbs with the thumb joint with dimensions:
21mm on the widest side (side of knuckle)
19.4mm on the lesser side (flat of knuckle)
33mm for the first segment (thumb tip to first joint), this can be approximate
