This item is the antenna of the CREW Duke system, in a setting with tiltable mount.
The AN/VLQ-12 Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (CREW) Duke system is a vehicle-mounted, lightweight system that neutralizes RCIED threats and gives U.S. troops a tactical advantage across the full spectrum of operations.
It is widely used in MRAP's.
The model includes two masts (connected through a wire) and you can choose to use only one or both; in the latter case you have to cut the wire and glue the second mast to the other mast.
