Variable width Garage Hinges

This set of 36 parts is a modernisation of the fantastic vintage garage door piece 4218.

it includes 18 left hinges and 18 right hinges, and can be expanded by combining with more kits.

it is designed to allow the builder to use the garage door gutter-bricks, but to control the width of the garage door, to make it as narrow as 4 studs wide, to about as wide as you desire.  I think the widest you can reasonably make it will be about 14 or 16 studs wide.

But this means you can now put a 6 wide garage door on the back of a U-Haul Truck MOC, or a fire engine.  You can make proper large doors for MECHS or service vehicles.  You can also use them horizontally or  with plates to create sliding panels in your walls and floors, in a convient way.

Be prepared to use a razor to cut these parts from the sprue, ask for help from an adult if you are a kid.
