The AC-1 non-rigid airship was originally called the Army Type MA, MA-1, or Military Airship N°.221. The airship was known by the Goodyear men who constructed it simply as the "military airship." The designation was later revised to "AC" to fit into the Goodyear Pony Blimp series of Types A, AA, AB and AC
The AC-1 was a radical departure from civil designs of the day, with enclosed control car mounted flush to the bottom of the envelope and internally mounted engines turning propellers through a drive shaft arrangement

Volume 180,000 cu ft (5,100 cu mtrs)
Delivered to Army: January 1922

74mm long and 68mm high in 1/700 scale and
86mm long and 33mm high in 1/600
It is in two parts, there is a nominal 1mm diameter hole through the floor of the Control Car for a mounting rod or display stand.
