Pioneer SGX-CA500 Blendr Mount

Overview
A mount allowing you to mount a Pioneer SGX-CA500 device in front of your handlebars with Bontrager's Blendr stem mount system. The lug is to the GoPro standard and therefore will fit a huge array of other systems including BMC's ICS.

​The mount is offset to the right which means the Pioneer computer is held in the centre of the handlebars & stem.

The mount is designed to use an M3x6mm threaded inserts. These are relatively simple to source locally and install. Then any M3 thumb screw or bolt can be used to secure the Pioneer device. If you need any help or advice please get in contact.

​Application
Once you receive this mount you will need to source and install a threaded inserts. These are wound into the 3D printed mount with a bolt and allen key. The versions that I use are 6mm long and have a cutout in the leading edge to tap a thread into the plastic as they're wound in. For more information feel free to get in contact.
