PSSX01211 Chassis for Scalextric Aston Martin Vantage GT3 for RSN motor mount
e.g. part no. C4100
scale 1:32
-Variant for adusting the flex
-exclusively for the use of Prospeed RSN motor mounts
-front axle can be adjusted in height with M2 set scew, if prefered it is possible to use bushing e.g. slot.it CH56b
-guidance and fixing of motor wire underneath the front axle
-the body height can be adusted with 4 M2 set screws at the side skirts, therefor you have to mount a supporting angle
-pick up is raised by 0,7mm, you can use washers to setup the correct hight
-To increase the stiffness, the chassis can be fixed with 2 screws, a 1mm washer is required for this purpose
Attention:
-on the underbody this chassis has 2 grooves for reinforcement with extra material, if this is not done there is a risk of breakage here
-due to shapeways' requirements regarding wall thicknesses, the area in front of the right wheel is thicker than permitted for the wheel's clearance. The red marked area (see picture) must be removed if necessary
-the original rear cover can be used (=>>look at the picture)
- In the bodywork, the two rear side reinforcements need to be removed a bit and on the lower edge and an area on both sides needs to be machined a bit (=>>look at the picture)
