Product Description

Ampro is very happy to introduce the “Fuchs” styled wheel for the Tamiya M-Series cars. Assembly is required for these highly detailed wheels. The main wheel is available in four offsets. Part Number RIM004-06 is the 6mm offset wheel. 3mm (RIM004-03), Stock (RIM004-00) & 9mm (RIM004-09) are also available but please make sure you will have acceptable clearance on your body & hubs. Paint the inside of the wheel black and the outside in a silver or chrome. There is a lip inside the wheel that will provide a sharp break between the two colors. White Strong and Flexible polished and Ultra Detailed plastic are options for this. Do not use Ultra detailed for a runner. The center section, RIM004-0A, comes only in one material selection. It must be painted separately and then installed onto the wheel with glue. The lug nuts needed (RIM005-02) should lightly be sprayed on the sprue and carefully installed with tweezed and glued into place. Optional center caps are available also but note that they are a light friction fit and will most likely fall off during driving. These caps are designed for display only. Three versions are available: Porsche (RIM004-0B), Volkswagen (RIM004-0C) & blank (RIM004-0D). Four of everything is needed to make a complete set other than the lug nuts which come with 24 units. Please test fit everything prior to painting. Some prep will be needed if you want a perfect finish. Consider this a model kit.
