B90 Nuclear Weapon

Ships as soon as 15 days
3D printed in matte translucent plastic that showcases fine and intricate details.
Product Description
The American B90, designed in the mid 1980s, was intended to serve as a duel purpose Nuclear Depth Bomb and land strike weapon, a replacement for the existing B57 nuclear bomb in service with the US Navy and Marine Corps aviation.

However, the project was cancelled in late 1991, in the wake of the Cold War’s end. No production weapons were ever built; it is unknown if the intended nuclear component was ever tested before the end of US nuclear weapon testing in 1992.

Technical information on the B90 is somewhat rare, but enough has sifted into the public sphere to allow this weapon to be recreated here with a reasonable amount of fidelity, for your scale modeling needs!

A novel addition for your Alternate History or “What If?” project, or to serve as a plausible analogue for a similar or future weapon system.

Available in 1/48 and 1/72 scale.
