Product Description
The Type 5 Chi-Ri Medium Tank was the prototype of a sucessor for the famous Type 97 Chi-Ha Tank. Only some prototypes of this 45ton tank are leaving the factories until the war ends. The original 75mm AT-Gun should be later replaced by an heavy 88mm gun. One of the prototypes was captured and tested by American Forces. Set of 4.
Der Mittlere Kampfpanzer Type 5 Chi-Ri sollte der Nachfolger des berühmten Typ 97 Chi-Ha Panzers werden. Nur einige Prototypen dieses 45 Tonnen Panzers wurden bis Kriegsende hergestellt. Die originale 75mm Panzerkanone sollte später durch eine 88mm Kanone ersetzt werden. Eines dieser Fahrzeuge wurde von amerikanischen Truppen erbeutet und gestestet. 4er Satz.
