Product Description

The Uzi is a family of Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns. Smaller variants are considered to be machine pistols. The Uzi was one of the first weapons to use a telescoping bolt design which allows the magazine to be housed in the pistol grip for a shorter weapon. It was designed by Major Uziel Gal in the late 1940s and the prototype was finished in 1950. First introduced to IDF special forces in 1954, the weapon was placed into general issue two years later. The Uzi has found use as a personal defense weapon by rear-echelon troops, officers, artillery troops and tankers, as well as a frontline weapon by elite light infantry assault forces. The Uzi has been exported to over 90 countries.

This kit contains all necessary parts for assembling THREE submachineguns under 1/24 scale (75mm) to be used with same scale figures. Any extra diorama accessories are not included and should be purchased separately.
