Part Number: 146961
Replacement part for the Vidga panel curtains. This part is the little 4 wheel glider/slider that carries the panel. This is ONLY the plastic parts for the wheel assembly and does not inculde the metal wheel axles. You can pull the axles out of your broken part and slide them into this 3D printed part. Its been tested and fits perfectly.
If you don't have the metal axles I have another version of this part that includes plastic axles.

Obviously the plastic axles are not as strong as the metal ones. If you want metal axles you can go into any hardware store (Home Depot) or hobby store and find metal rods that would work as the axle or you can find metal rods at:

or find a nail that diameter and cut it to length.

Also you'll notice little handlebar looking things on the model attached to the wheels. That is so all the parts stay together while printing. Just clip those off once you're ready to use the part.
This part has been printed, tested, and fits prexisting Ikea parts perfectly but be aware that 3D printed parts have a +/- tolerance of about .1mm so you might have to clean out some small holes with a toothpick or pin. Also areas with tight fits might need to be slightly filed or sanded. Nothing that takes more than a few seconds of work.
