Product Description
When the Albany-Class Cruiser was modernized in the 1950s, there was a provision to equip these cruisers with Polaris ballistic missiles as with the ITS Giuseppe Garibaldi. The plan was dropped by the end of the decade in favor of SSBNs, which was probably a wise decision.
