1:87 Herpa Liebherr R732 R734 Chassis

Dies ist ein Chassis für den Umbau einer 1:87 Herpa R732/R734 Raupe auf RC. Die Teile beinhalten Aussparungen für Schalter, Ladebuchse, die Getriebemotoren des Getriebes sowie den Getriebemotor des Hubmechanismus. In das Oberteil passen die Lipo-Zelle und der Empfänger. Die originalen Herpa Ketten passen, nachdem sie mit dem Dremel entsprechend bearbeitet wurden, an die Seiten des Unterteils und können daran festgeklebt werden.

(Die Antriebsräder müssen seitens der Achse von 1,0 auf 1,5mm aufgerieben werden!)


Für den Hubmechanismus wird ein G700 Getriebemotor benötigt sowie ein U-förmiges Messingprofil mit 2,5x2,5mm Innenmaß. Der Rest ist simpel, ich habe einen normalen Microschalter und eine 1,27er Ladebuchse verbaut. Weiterhin kamen ein RX43-d3-32 sowie 0402er LEDs zum Einsatz. Die LiPo Zelle passt in die Aussparung unter das Oberteil. Bei mir kam eine 100mAh-Zelle zum Einsatz.

This product is a chassis for Herpa's R732/R734 Bulldozer when you want to build it on RC in 1:87 scale. The parts already contain space for the Micro switch, the plug socket, both gearbox motors and the dozer motor as well as space for the Lipo and the receiver. The original Herpa sideskirts can be glued to the bottom part.

First you need the gearbox.

 Then you need 1x tank tracks by Svens ModellbahnShop:

 (The two wheels will be used, but you will have to widen the hole from 1,0 to 1,5mm! But that works fine!)

For the dozer blade you will need a third G700 motor and a brass U-shaped part with 2,5mm inside dimension as well as a 1mm brass.The rest is simple. I used a normal micro switch and a 1,27mm plug socket. Additionally I used a Deltang RX43-d3-32 and some 0402 LEDs. I wouldn’t use 0603, they seem too big. The Lipo fitted under the Deltang where the „Oberteil“-stl has the shape where the sides are open. I used a 100mAh Lipo.
