3788 Scale Franz Joseph Federation Scout WEM

The Federation built several ship types using common (or nearly common) parts. The Federation destroyer hull uses a modified saucer and one engine from the heavy cruiser to create a small ship that is here converted into a scout. True to Franz Joseph’s design, this is his destroyer hull with eight of the destroyer’s ten weapons removed.

This is the official Franz Joseph design offered by ADB, Inc. under its contract with Franz Joseph Designs.

The ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
