3D printed in white nylon plastic with a matte finish and slight grainy feel.
This is a Gauge 1 chassis designed to fit the 9.525mm / 1:32 scale LB&SCR E2 body.
Re-scaled upwards and changed where needed.
The brake pads have been aligned with a back to back setting of 42mms and a chassis frame width of 3.65mm's across.
Other options are available also, custom options of varying scale, frame widths and brake pad alignment likely can be made upon request.
There is a frame spacer joined to the side to cut out and position relative to your gearbox.
Axle holes are designed at 6.3mm's so they can be reamed out to correct fit.
Provisions have been made in the dummy hornblocks should you want to cut them out for compensation or springing considerations. Spring ready systems are in development but for now fixed axle options are offered.
The frames are quite thick for extra strength rather than fidelity, The chassis' being 3D printed are already essentially complete. The main thing is to add your wheels, motors and gearboxes as per usual kit building.
