Product Description
When a dragon is born, it spends little time with its mother. The eggs are often laid in its lair, where it is unlikely they will be bothered by predators. Once hatched the young instinctively head out into the wild in search of their first meal. It takes approximately 12 to 36 hours for the wing membrane to transform from its soft elastic state to a more durable leather like material. Until that happens they are unable to fly. It is during this time that they are at the greatest risk of predation. This is often how baby dragon skulls come to be. It is said that the wisdom and strength of the dragon does not die when the body dies, but can be grown within those who place its remains on their skin.
