Product Description
Chassis made for the Korbanth DV6, fits a Crystal Focus/Petite Cruton and an 18650 3.7 volt battery (both boards must be hacked), includes speaker holder (clips)

The upper section that sits in the blade holde/switch holder has a length cut out 2.6 inches long for easy access to slide an 18650 battery in

You will need: soundboard as desired and listed, 18650 battery, 28mm bass speaker, TCSS 0.875" heat sink, TCSS (any LED) with "modified base" to fit the heat sink, 3/8" 4-40 set screw, 4-40 tap, No. 43 drill bit, (might need) special size Allen wrench to fit set screw, and TCSS recharge port

You will need to modify: TCSS copper heat sink bass to accept a 3/8" 4-40 set screw. 
-Directions: drill out the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the copper heat sink with a No. 43 drill bit (~0.089 inches in diameter), use the 4-40 tap to thread the copper heat sink holes, then use the tap again to thread the holes in the end of the chassis where the LED sits. This way the set screws will hold the LED with the chassis. You may need a special size Allen wrench to fit the set screw.
