This model is based on the GWR 6 door Low Roof 6 Wheeled Siphon, Diagram O4 constructed 1893-1903. They were built for the conveyance of milk in 17 gallon churns, although they were often used for other traffic (such as fresh fruit).
My GWR six wheeled Siphon kits comprise three parts, a Chassis (Part 1) Main Body (Part 2) and Roof (Part 3) which are designed to clip together. Parts 1 and 3 are common to both Diagrams O2 and O4 . This print is for the body (Part 2) only and is for the GWR Diagram O4 (low roof) variant. The photograph above shows a completed model for which you will need the following:
Part 1 Chassis;
Part 3 Roof;
Buffers, wheels, couplings, paint, and transfers.
I would also recommend adding weight to improve running.
