Dash mount for your phone mount.
Keeps phone at eye level so you don't have to take your eyes off of the road.
Doesn't block the screen, A/C vents, clock, radio, etc.
Has various mounting holes for different phone cradle/mounts.
To install (video below):
1) Pull the trim panel that surrounds the instrument cluster rearwards towards the back of the car. It should pop off somewhat easily.
2) Slide the mount into place, being sure to wedge the tail underneath the navigation screen's bezel.
3) Reinstall the trim panel.
