Product Description
this is a pair of murphy inward corrugated steel ends - modelled in O Scale - 1/48. They are based on my field measurements of a car still in existence, based on the CPR 195000-197999 series re-built boxcars. The cars were rebuilt from older double sheathed cars in 1925, with steel centre sill and frame, new roof, and steel ends.
The part does not include all bolt and rivet detail on the original - this is to allow some hand finishing of the printed part. The modeller is expected to add Archer rivet decals (not supplied) to complete the ends.
