Product Description
Original length: 233m (Same size as the USS Reliant, "The Official Starship Collection", Issue No. 11)
Scale: 1/7000
Print orientation for Detail Plastic: Flat, upside up
Mounting hole: None

Adam Buckner kitbashed the USS Antares NCC-9844 from a Miranda Class kit as a background ship for DS9. At least four of these appeared in the DS9 episode "Favor the Bold", although because they are shown from below  and in the far background, they are easily mistaken for a standard Miranda Class. The sensor pod on the back is actually the display stand from an ERTL Excelsior Class kit turned upside down. Also from the same kit comes the 4 C-shaped nacelle coverings that where put right behind the bridge.
