The Frax are a simulator empire used to train officers of the Klingon Deep Space Fleet to handle unexpected enemies. Based on old wet-navy concepts, the weapons are disposed in turrets with Forward eXpanded and Rear eXpanded firing arcs (hence the name “Frax”).
The command cruiser was one of the largest Frax ships. This mounted weapons appropriate to a heavy cruiser, but also included the Anti-Fighter Defense system, a combination of Gatling phasers and short-range kinetic-kill anti-drones which made the ship almost invulnerable to fighter, drone, and plasma attack.
The ship is available in a variety of materials. Ships are unpainted, use standard flight stands available from many sources, and, while designed for gaming, make fine display pieces.
