Uploading Design Issues

    I have been trying to upload files to my shop and they keep failing saying, OOPS, Something Went Wrong!!!!!

    Please advise...

    Can you please contact us at service@shapeways.com for more assistance? We'll need more information on what you are seeing - you can include the file names and/or the links to the files on your account that are not working for you to add to your shop.

    The more information you can provide in that email, the better. We'll follow up with you there and let you know what might be going on.

    I did that 2-3 weeks ago and received no reply. That is why I posted here. It took a day of trying but I finally go them uploaded...

    Thanks for the reply! I checked our email records for your email from your account here and don't see any new emails in the last month. The last email you sent from your email on file to service@shapeways.com was April 30th - not sure what happened.
