Getting this error (^above^) when I submit my design. My design is dimensionally:

    X: 17.74 mm
    Y: 168.77 mm
    Z: 44.62 mm

I'm wanting to use Fine Detail Plastic and the maximum bounding box for that is:

    X: 284 mm
    Y: 184 mm
    Z: 203 mm

Obviously my model will fit within those constraints just fine.

I've sent my model to Shapeways, for them to comment on, over a week ago and they haven't responded, so I'm totally dead in the water at the moment.

    Any ideas?

Can you share the model ID (visible in the URL of the model edit page).

9/10 times if the maximum size of the bounding box isn't met, the error is caused by an (unintentional) shell that is too small to be printed.

Not sure if this is what you're asking for: 8159227

    So my gutfeeling was right,

Your model consists out of 4 shells, 3 of them are not attached to the main body and thus are considered to be too small.

As well as 2 fins on the back:

To fix this, best is to extrude the parts into each other.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

Ah...my ultimate intention is to part it all out onto sprues. But I use the upload the continually check the model for thin walls, etc. When I upload next I'll just not upload the offenders! Thanks!
