Receiving non-sense emails from Shapeways

    Hi Shapeways,

    A new bug has crept into your otherwise wonderful IT system. I have been receiving a lot of identical nonsense emails like the one below. The good news is of course that my shop seems to be doing well.

    However, what good is it to me to learn that "The model that someone ordered [...] is going to start its journey [...]"? Could you at least provide me with some information?
    -What model was shipped?
    -What order number does it relate to?
    -Was it my own order or not?
    -Who placed the order?
    -Reference to contact the buyer?

    At this moment, even the minimum information (the model name) is lacking.

    I raised this very point with them over a week ago... it's going to be looked at...
