    Hiya,
I recently placed an order for several items, metal prints, plastic prints and resin prints.
Most of the items went into production the following day, except for the two resin models
which are still in processing state on the order status page. The rest of the items
seem to be finished within the next few days, would it be normal for the resin prints to
take another 10 days to finish, as the expected shipping date says 10th September?

I can imagine that the resin prints would need perhaps supports added to them manually,
and that this is why they would take longer to print? Asking out of curiosity.

    The order in mention is
    Order #2599295

Printing times for the various materials are given on the materials pages (though they used to be much more visible before the "redesign"). For the highly detailed acrylics (whatever there current name is) it used to be ten business days (no manually added supports - that was a specialty of the recently discontinued CLIP process acrylics, but printing and cleaning takes longer than for the nylon, also they probably have fewer printers for this material).

Hello @Shockbolt! @mkroeker is correct. Another thing to keep in mind is that the estimated ship dates we provide are based on the materials in your order that typically have the longest lead time. Models designated to print in other materials are then allocated to fit within the estimated ship date provided. In cases where an issue is discovered with your order, our production team will reach out to let you know.
