Payment problems

    On February 9th I ordered a small pendant in stainless steel. On February 10th my bank transfered the money of this order, but on the 20th i got a payment reminder and my order is still listed under "payment pending"?

    Order Nr is 93548

    Please email service@shapeways with your order number and any payment info such as confirmation numbers. They'll get you fixed up.

    that is what I tried, but i got this error:
    "his message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: service@shapeways.com"

    that's why I'm posting the problem here.
