    just a post to show a print error for customer services

    If your STL file has a "hole" in it, it's possible that the hole was filled by the automatic software incorrectly. In Netfabb, click Repair and see if anything shows up needing to be fixed.

    im not to bothered the drawing wasnt up to spec in the first place. logo hole wasnt in the right a re print is needed anyways.


    i have run the the 'import diagnostic' in solid works, message reads ' No faulty faces or gaps remain in the geometry'

    so doubt its that.....thanks for the suggestion though
