When I go the my inventory none of my models show- No matter what I click I get nothing. The only way I can view my models is on the MY Models page.
Neither clicking in the tags. One of the updates, months ago, broke something and even old, untouched, products became invisible there.
With some luck, this may have been a side effect of the temporary loss of connectivity to the shpws.me domain that Pete the Boss mentioned in the "New forums" (and now general gripes) announcement thread.
Still the same mesage- "Sorry, we didn't find any results. Please try searching again." I've never known it to work but I thought it was just me doing something wrong as I'm still trying to get used to the changes in layout etc. I use two PC's Win Vista Win 8.1 Both using Firefox
I'm having the same issue today. I can't see anything in Shapeways inventory when I go to browse. My public shop is showing empty, and my inventory page says I have no items.
Same here. My shop's totally empty. Same for my shop sections. Doubled-checked on the marketplace to look for other people's designs. The deep sahara is more populated. Since shapeways advertises for a promo code at the same moment, the savings are tremendous : 15% off zero, you don't even spend money It's been about 10 days without bugs, I was starting to worry. Hey all, thanks for reporting. We've acknowledged the issue and are looking into it! These "blackouts" only appear for a short while before it fixes itself automatically. We will do our best to make sure these quick blackouts of all the products won't happen again. Mitchell
Sounds very weird... Ghost code? Thanks for the info Mitchell... would be interesting to know why when you find the ghost...
Haha, it's not very weird and the dev team actually know what caused it, just didn't want to get too technical here (note that i'm not a wizard.. not my area of expertise) Basically "the system" recognizes information is not shown by one of the "henchman" and thus asks another "henchman" to step in and become the leader, unfortunately as experienced it took some time before it kicked in. The dev team is taking steps to make sure the "henchman" will do what they are requested to do (or display).
Alright, this makes it much more understandable Thank you again Mitchell, I hope all the henchmen keep alert in the future instead of scaring us so!
